Scanning
Stand at the place you photograph. Point the camera at a building or landmark so it fills the frame, then tap the shutter. Location must be allowed for identification. If a scan fails, try another angle with the building clearly visible.
Privacy controls
Globo processes scan photos into visual embeddings for place recognition and may collect anonymous in-app navigation data to improve the product. Turn usage analytics off in Settings → About → Share usage data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions
Globo Pro is billed by Apple or Google. To cancel or change a subscription, use Subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account — not the Globo delete-app button. Restoring purchases is available on the paywall in the app.
Delete your account
You can remove places from your library in the app. To delete your account, email contact@hotforgestudio.com from the address you use in Globo with the subject “Delete my Globo account”.
